Who can use the app?
Anyone with a Console account — Clauger technicians and client users on a PSM, GDC, LMS or Service subscription. The app is free to download, but it needs an account to sign in. If you don't have one, ask your facility administrator or your Clauger contact.
Do I need a separate account for it?
No. Sign in with the same email and password you use on the web console. Your role, permissions and facility access come with you, and there is nothing for an administrator to provision.
Does it work without a signal?
Not yet. The app needs a connection to load your work and to save it. Offline capture — recording readings in a machine room with no signal and syncing when you're back in range — is in development and is not in this release.
Is there an Android version?
Yes. Console is on Google Play, alongside the App Store version. It is the same app and the same account — install whichever one matches the phone in your pocket.
What does it need to run?
On iPhone and iPad, iOS 18.2 or later; the download is 39.3 MB. On Android, Google Play checks your device and will tell you if it is supported before you install. Free on both, with no in-app purchases.
What data does the app collect?
None. Clauger US declares no data collection on the App Store privacy card, and no data shared with third parties on Google Play's data safety card. The work you record is your facility's own Console data, held under the same terms as the web console — see the privacy policy.
